Good products, slight shipping delay

I ordered a hoher tortenring and a drehbare tortenplatte. The products themselves are excellent quality; the tortenring is very sturdy, and the rotating plate is smooth and stable. It makes decorating much easier. My only minor issue was the delivery. It took about six days to arrive, which was a little longer than I expected based on other online purchases. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to note if you're in a hurry. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, I'm pleased with the items, just wish shipping was a bit faster.

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered the verstellbarer backrahmen and a teigschaber. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, easy to navigate. Shipping was surprisingly quick; it arrived in just four days to my home in Texas. The backrahmen feels sturdy and well-made, definitely professional grade as they claim. I used it already for a sheet cake, and it held its shape perfectly, no leaks. The teigschaber is also solid, good grip. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the quality of the products and the efficiency of the delivery. It's a good place for serious home bakers.

Decent value for a beginner baker

I was looking for some basic baking tools without spending a fortune, and Die Backhelden had a bundle rabatt on a backzubehör set. It included a teigroller, a couple of ausstechformen, and a backpinsel. The price felt fair, especially with the discount applied. Shipping wasn't express, but it was reasonable for what I paid. The quality seems good enough for a beginner like me. I'm happy with the purchase and feel like I got a good deal overall.

Consistently great experience

I've bought from Die Backhelden a few times now, and they're always reliable. This time I picked up a new silikon backmatte and a tortenring. Just like my previous orders, everything was packed well and arrived quickly. The quality of their stuff is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. My old backmatte finally wore out after years, so I knew I'd get another one from them. They never disappoint.

Love my new bread form!

Just received my brotbackform and I'm so excited! It's exactly what I needed. The bread came out perfectly shaped and baked evenly. I'm definitely going to be shopping here again for more baking tools. My friends need to check this store out, too!

Got my gugelhupfform

Yeah, so I got the gugelhupfform. It arrived in about 5 days, which was fine. The form looks good, pretty solid. Haven't baked with it yet, but it seems like it'll do the job. No complaints here.
